Yes and No!...
To explain: the Chinese have 400 dialects
so Comy Fat Choy (although, it seems, a word is missing) can be
Kung Hei Fat Choy or Gong Xi Fa Cai in Mandarin
Gong Hei Fat Choi or Gong Hay Fat Choy in Cantonese
From then on it gets even more difficult!
