Shoot the breeze with other safari members in here, talk about anything you like but remember, we're friendly, not fire breathing.

I would have been there - but for this stupid lump turning up and now I have to go into hospital at the end of the month to get the damn thing shifted properly - its not dodgy or anything but they called me in on Friday to do it and after it bled for about an hour (I was seriously faint and weak and wobbly) has to be done by someone else - this is all cause it is sitting on my birthmark - what a pain and then I go and miss the Windsor meet.
(I only live about 5 miles away too) the one person who would have almost been able to walk there.
Sorry Sorry Sorry - it was not that I didn't want to or anything.

See what you put our poor Falkor through :( Let's do it again
Berni, you do not have to explain why you did not turn up. If that is the worst that Falkor encounters in his life than he is one lucky chap 8).
The one thing that we can all agree on and that is, life is good and no one is judgmental of another :D
Things happen,and such is life!
Everything must be O.K with you and at the moment that is all that matters. :)

Thank you
Lee.

Yes thanks I am fine - poor Falkor though - bless him - I wish I had been there hiding behind a plant or something, I could have jumped out to his defence then - bless.................... must try another meet though - some others must turn up next time surely.
Berni - left WSP in 1980 ish

hehe I thought I spotted you Berni

falkor approaches likely female seated alone

"Errrr excuse me - have you been to Windsor Safari Park at all madam?"

female looks at me amazed "Well yes actually I HAVE"

falkor now convinced this is Berni "well is your birth mark alright now then?"

woman with insane look of incredulity "what birth mark?"

falkor now a few little doubts creeping in "are you meeting anybody here at all?"

"NO I AM NOT - WHY?"

falkor "errrr never mind" slowly slopes off towards the car park :D

falkor looking back .... sees the female on her mobile phone talking rapidly to somebody
It still comes to mind now and then and it always brings a smile to my face.

"Well is your birth mark alright now then?" Nudge Nudge, Say No More..lol

That phrase will be very famous one day, mark my word!

All the best
Lee.

Hi all,

Just wanted to say sorry that I wasn't there, but with the divorce still ongoing my money has been disappearing down the drain along with my sanity. Hence no computer for nearly a year.
But I am back now.

Paul
Many thanks,Paul.

I must agree with Falkor. Sorry that life has thrown a curved ball at you.

I have come to the conclusion in my life that there are only a few things that could happen to my family or myself that would be devastating. I forget that each of us have our own concept of what is devastating and I often over look someone Else's concept of that. Sorry.

Again, nice to have you back!
