Re: Elephants at the Park

Hi Tez, They are at Knowsley Safari Park now. I have a season ticket to attend year round so I will get some info for you as soon as I can. The clutch has just gone on my car so it might be a week or so! They have some interesting signs up with a photo and brief details including dates of birth so t...

Re: 20th anniversary WINDSOR SAFARI PARK COMPETITION 2011

Hi guys, I know it is slightly off topic but I recently went to Knowsley Safari Park and took a few photos of the elephants that were formerly at WSP. Anyone interested in seeing them?

Can Dolphinariums make a comeback in the UK?

Hi all, I recently did a quick google search and found an interesting article from last year. Basically, a businessmn has asked for permission to bring over dolphins for a new dolphinarium he planned to build. Immediately the animal rights groups condemned the businessman and his plan and pretty muc...

Re: 1986 Souvenir Video Tape

Hi Malc, Been trying to access the forums for a while and finally got into them :D ! Another robot

Hey guys what about the Mark 13 robot from Hardware? Great tagline to the film: It Reactivates, It Exhilirates . . . It Exterminates.
If I gave MY girlfriend the head of a faulty robot who was designed to kill everything in its path she would probably kill me!

One By One

Can anyone remember the BBC TV Series One By One that showed the work of zoovet "Donald Turner" based on David Taylor?
The series ran from 1984 to 1987.
A major part of the second series was filmed at Windsor, notably the sequences with dolphins. Any memories?

Music DVD's

Hi all,

My favourite is Guns N' Roses Use Your Illusion Tour II.

The riffs from Slash are awesome, the energy given by G'N'R has to be seen to be believed and Axl Rose never stops!

Plus it has all my favourite tracks on: Don't Cry, Live and let Die etc.

Sorry!

Hi all,

Just wanted to say sorry that I wasn't there, but with the divorce still ongoing my money has been disappearing down the drain along with my sanity. Hence no computer for nearly a year.
But I am back now.

Knowsley

I went to Knowsley Safari Park a few weeks ago with my brother and told him to take his England flags off as I could see the baboons ripping them off and having a great time before we entered the reserve. Unfortunately, we also saw a smashed bottle of vodka on the road and a group of baboons licking...

Plan

Hi all, It has been a fairly long while since I sent a message on here. Mostly due to the fact that I am going through a pretty nasty divorce and can only get online at internet cafes (my wife refuses to hand over my PC or any of my personal belongings come to that). You asked about a plan: well min...

Updates

All,

My page (http://www.zooarchives.50megs.com) is slowly building up. All pages now have some details on them.
Obviously the UK and US pages have the most. Check it out and tell me what you think.
